My experience at Moss . . . Richard and I had been dealing with another dealership in S. California, and while they had located a Rubicon, the price kept escalating.  I first located our Rubicon on the Moss Bros. website in Riverside. I emailed a request for more information and my request was answered promptly by Nick Hassan.  He went out onto the lot and located the Rubicon, and then sent me a video of the vehicle so I could physically view it, and confirm it had the options that we wanted.  Since we had already test driven a Wrangler Unlimited, all that was left to negotiate was the price.  I received a very reasonable out-the-door quote.  Rich drove up to view the vehicle, and the deal was sealed.  We picked up our brand new "Ruby" a few days later, our choice, and we are thoroughly pleased with not only the vehicle, but the professional and friendly service we received at Moss Bros.

 My experience at Moss . . . was excellent. Steve Scott gave us a great deal and stayed true to his word. Moss Dodge had the car we wanted and agreed to a great price right away. The entire transaction was pleasant and free from pressure. Jorge (sales) and David (finance) were pleasant and made the transaction go smoothly. This is how buying a car should be. My experience at Moss... probably the best experience my wife and I have ever had. Bill was amazing. Instead of spending the normal 3-5 hours at a dealership our deal from start to drive off took a total of 1 1/2 hours. We have never be so impressed. We are going to recommend Moss to everyone.. Moss Bros gave me a second chance in starting over in life.  Due to the economy, and my misfortunes along with that, Moss was able to make a miracle happen.  The entire staff was understanding to my situation, compassionate, and they really went to work trying to accommodate my financial concerns with my purchase.  The staff knew what I wanted, and they didn't try to sell me something that I would later regret.  Personable, kind, normal folks like you and I, making an honest living with honest standards and ethics.  Yes, I would go back to Moss Bros for another purchase someday, and I highly recommend them to anybody who wants an honest deal.

We bought a 2010 Liberty over a year ago from Tim Morgan. Chrysler recently bought the Liberty back from us, which put us in the market for a new car again. We called Tim at Moss since I figured he treated us honestly and fair the first time. I wasn't sorry. Not only did he find the truck that we needed, and the Wrangler that I wanted. He worked out a deal with us that allowed us to trade in my old Chevy truck and buy both vehicles and still stay with in our budget. We both love our new vehicles, and I'm glad that I went back to Tim at Moss. I'm still taking the long way home in my new Wrangler.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at the Moss Bros. Riverside dealership. I had just bought a vehicle 6 months ago in the high desert, and I was never fully comfortable in it. Not only was my Moss sales person knowledgeable and friendly, he really worked hard to get me a payment and plan I could afford. I left the dealership in a new 2011 Dodge Durango and am completely happy with my purchase. I am now smiling every time I get in my car and my family is riding in comfort.
